- Contact details: your name and WhatsApp number.
- Selection details: the cushion references, quantities, and notes you choose to send.
- Correspondence: follow-up messages exchanged over WhatsApp or email.
- Technical security data: limited request metadata used to protect the enquiry flow from abuse, including rate limiting and bot checks.
We do not take payments through this site and we do not ask for card, bank, or checkout information here.
2. How we use it
We use submitted information only to:
- review the selection you sent,
- confirm availability and next steps,
- continue the conversation over WhatsApp or email, and
- keep an internal record of the enquiry while it is active.
We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry data for ad targeting.
3. Where the data goes
Your enquiry may pass through or be stored in the following services as part of the normal workflow:
- Website application: to create the enquiry reference and selection link.
- PocketBase: to store the submitted selection and related enquiry details.
- WhatsApp: when the conversation continues on WhatsApp, it is also subject to WhatsApp and Meta's own terms and privacy practices.
- Cloudflare: for site delivery, security, rate limiting, and Turnstile bot protection.
4. Security and anti-spam checks
We use security checks to protect the enquiry flow from spam, scraping, and automated misuse. These may include request filtering, rate limiting, hidden bot traps, and Turnstile verification.
These checks are used only to keep the site functional and protect legitimate enquiries. They are not used to make marketing decisions about you.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This catalogue does not use advertising or retargeting cookies. Security and infrastructure services may use strictly necessary technologies to keep the site working and defend it from abuse.
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation) only to understand how the catalogue is browsed so we can improve it. Analytics is optional and switched off until you accept it in the cookie notice; you can decline or change your choice at any time through “Manage preferences”. We do not use analytics for advertising or to build marketing profiles.
6. How long we keep enquiries
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the conversation, follow up on availability, and maintain an internal record of the enquiry. If you want a submitted enquiry removed, you can ask us to do so.
